Saturday Sessions - Strength with Ani

Designed for those who love variety or to try something new! Welcome to ALL, each week brings a different class, from yoga to full body, high-energy workouts. On a Saturday morning at 9:30am, these 45 minute classes aim to bring the good vibes to your weekend, leaving you feeling energised and empowered. Even better, you can enjoy a delicious coffee and/or a pastry afterwards at our Community Market. See you there.

Strength is designed to challenge your body and mind whilst focusing on technique and form. This full body workout builds strength and power using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. You can expect to leave each class feeling strong, empowered and like you’ve reached new limits.

£20 per person (or £15 with a Class Pack)
