Saturday Sessions - Beginners Yoga with Jodie

Designed for those who love variety or to try something new! Welcome to ALL, each week brings a different class, from yoga to full body, high-energy workouts. On a Saturday morning at 9:30am, these 45 minute classes aim to bring the good vibes to your weekend, leaving you feeling energised and empowered. Even better, you can enjoy a delicious coffee and/or a pastry afterwards at our Community Market. See you there.

Perfect for complete beginners. This class focuses on learning the fundamentals of healthy alignment in postures, how to modify and adjust where needed so you can feel the most benefit. We will also explore simple breath awareness techniques to support your practice as well as aid relaxation.

£20 per person (or £15 with a Class Pack)
