On a Saturday morning at 9:30am, these classes aim to bring the good vibes to your weekend, leaving you feeling energised and empowered. A full body, low impact workout combining bodyweight movements inspired by barre and pilates using a resistant band. Led by Head of Fitness, Emma, sculpt, stretch and sweat in this 45 min class.
