Yin yoga offers a soothing gentle class to soften your body and self as a whole. As well as focusing on long passive poses to target your muscles, fascia and more, it enhances the flow of chi through your body to impact your emotions and mindful energy.
This class is a tool for you to communicate with your body, and nurture what needs attention as we settle into positions for up to 5 minutes at a time. Yin is a slow class suitable for everyone, be it you’re starting out or deep into your practice, or are flexible or less mobile. Everyone experiences Yin differently, and it gives you complete time for yourself.
