Conscious Connected Breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps you to open up the full potential of your respiratory system for better physical and emotional well-being. It has been demonstrated to have so many benefits, including a deepening relationship with yourself, increased energy, greater emotional clarity, better immune response, and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way. In this session Justine will give a short introduction to the workings and benefits of Breathwork, a demonstration on how this particular breath technique works, and then it’s into the breathing session. You will lie on your back and the whole group will breathe together. There are many benefits to this practicing this type of Breathwork including:
