In this session Justine will give a short introduction to the workings and benefits of Breathwork and why it is even better outdoors, a demonstration on how conscious connected breath technique works, and then it’s into the breathing session. You will lie on your back and the whole group will breathe together. There are many benefits to this practicing this type of Breathwork including:
